Motors

Our range of heavy duty DC motors are manufactured in Europe. They normally meet IP66 enclosure standard and are fitted with extra large side brush pattern brushes resulting in long life.  This motor range either directly fit or can be adapted to most "Nilsson" and "Seawinch © " winches manufactured since 1968.  Adaptor kits are also available for use with Lucas, Simpson Lawrence Pacific and some Lofrans and Lewmar winches. 

All our motors are bi-directional and have insulated earth.

We are able to customize adaptor kits so that these motors can be used on other brands. For custom builds we need details of the old motor or access to the actual motor being replaced.

Our motors are suitable for short run marine and industrial applications and require only regular inspection and treatment of the outside steel casing to maintain them in first class condition.

Hydraulic motors. Replacements, parts and service are available for most Nilsson winches.
